My husband’s favorite comfort food is buffalo wings. It seems like daily he’s asking if we can go eat at our local Wing Stop (I’m sure it’s not that often, but its a LOT). I was so excited to get to make this dish for him since he’s been so sweet and patient with me. I’ve been doing a ton of cooking which means he’s been doing a ton of dishes. Bless him.
These wings were so easy and quick. I wish I had known sooner that you could just toss chicken you needed to bread in a bag and shake. The buffalo sauce was sweet. I expected it to be a little spicy.
I’d made buffalo chicken for my husband before but my sauce was simply equal parts Sriracha and melted butter.
This was legit and amazing. Try it. You’ll love it.
The date bars were so much fun! I had leftover dates from a couple weeks ago that I couldn’t figure out what to do with so I found this recipe.
Another easy recipe. I just whipped up the ingredients, pressed them in a pan, and stuck them in the oven.
The crust was so crunchy and my unexpected love for dates is further being solidified. I can’t wait to wrap these babies up and pack them in my lunches this week!
