Ever since I’ve heard of muesli, I’ve been wondering what it is. Is it cereal? Some version of a panini? Apparently its milk, yogurt, and oats. Who knew?
I didn’t have blueberries for this dish and all the fruits I used were frozen. The idea still came across though! The oat/almond part of this dish was great, but dry and the fruits added perfect moisture and juiciness to complete this dish. I’m anxious to try it again with different kinds of fruits!
I’m still drooling thinking about the chicken and spinach stuffed shells. I LOVE pasta and this is like an even fancier version. The ricotta cheese added so much creaminess to the dish.
My only regret is that I didn’t add more pasta sauce to the dish. I have a giant jar of it so I had to guess how much to add since this recipe calls for a regular sized jar.
My husband loved it so much and I can’t wait to make it again!
